SUMMARY:
Successfully provide recruitment and staffing support by seeking and screening qualified candidates to be placed in open roles for clients. Also be in charged with building community relationships to further build our database of talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Create job descriptions that attract talent.
- Post openings in newspapers advertisements, with professional organizations, on job boards and in other appropriate locations.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position’s requirements.
- Conduct interviews and maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
- Conduct on-boarding session for viable candidates to secure tax and payroll information.
- Assist in performing reference, drug, and background checks for potential employees.
- Collect and submit recruitment numbers and open orders on a weekly basis.
- Call clients to report illness, tardiness, etc. of temps.
- Interact with clients to build rapport.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs to source talent and promote company.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least one year of related experience.
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Strong phone presence with an ability to persuade.
- Strong computer skills.
