MECHANICAL PRESS OPERATOR
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiar with measuring equipment, such as a micrometer
- Able to learn to read blueprints or production specifications
- Understand all safety features of press operation
- Willing to learn to operate mechanical stamping presses
- Will train on tool and die set up in the press if they don’t have experience
- Willing to learn how to inspect parts throughout production run
- Willing to work on different machines and perform different tasks throughout the day
