The Account Executive will sell staffing services to businesses, growing Engage Staffing’s client base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and demonstrate the value of staffing services to prospective clients
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and business development
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Develop sales strategies and pipelines to expand the client base
- Have the knowledge and experience with forecasting and projecting sales growth
- Manage baseline contract negotiations, conflict resolution, and temporary staff issues
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college. At least two years of related experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The ability to understand more advanced computer skills and be proficient in the advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and data management systems.
