Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Connecticut. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies. This position plays a vital role in supporting physicians, coordinating care, and educating patients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving procedures as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS or PALS may be required depending on department).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• May work in hospital, long-term care, outpatient, or home health settings.

• Exposure to infectious diseases and physical demands including standing, lifting, and moving patients.
