Exceptional customer service skills are required in addition to being proficient with technology. In this position it’s important to be tech-savvy as you will be working with phones, computers and software.
Must be able to handle high-volume calls and meet goals while providing quality customer experiences. We are looking for an effective communicator, someone who has a good command of their verbal and written skills. We are seeking someone with a friendly demeanor who comes to work with enthusiasm. In a call center, customer service is critical, answering the phone with a smile is the start of a good customer experience. This position is based in Bridgeport, CT. We offer up to 35 hours per week in a professional office building with off-street parking
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Must demonstrate proficiency with technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
